The ICS Way
With students, parents, and employees from 80+ nations, it is important for us to find common ground and to work together to build a common ICS school culture. This simple guideline helps us all work (and play) together more productively and fairly. The ICS Way is based on respect and responsibility:
- Take care of myself.
- Take care of others.
- Take care of this place.
Strategic Plan
Having a strong mission and vision is an important part of a school. ICS Leadership, in partnership with the Board of Governors, sets the strategic direction of the school and takes on the vital work of creating a path to achieve our vision.
A Strategic Planning Task Force was created in January 2022, to determine how the strategic planning would evolve and how to ensure collaboration with the ICS community and all stakeholders.
We are committed to ensuring that strategic planning was a consultative process engaging as many members of the community as possible. To ensure this inclusive aim, we’ve captured many ideas and feedback through a broad strategic process, that included surveys, focus groups, and individual interviews with parents, students and employees.
The strategic planning process is an ongoing collaboration with the ICS community and all stakeholders.
