Students Design T-shirts to Support Unique Awareness Month

Since 2018, ICS Addis has celebrated Unique Awareness Month with a cherished tradition: student-designed t-shirts featuring animals with unexpected features—bold, creative symbols of the beauty found in difference.

This year is no exception.

On sale every Wednesday afternoon in April during pick-up time in the Lower Commons, this year’s limited edition t-shirts highlight the imaginative designs of two talented ICS students:

• Ramin in Grade 3 who created the whimsical bird design
• Amanu Grade 7 who created the striking giraffe design

Each shirt is more than a wearable piece of art—it’s a celebration of our inclusive community and a statement that differences make us stronger.
