Join the ICS Family: Applications Open for 2023/24

ICS is ready to welcome new Eagles! 

New families are already applying to join the ICS community next school year, and current ICS families who have have new children enrolling for the first time -- particularly those in the early years (ages 3 to 5) -- have priority for our spaces.

Current ICS parents can start applications for their children new to joining the school by logging in to their OpenApply account. Your account is now associated with your official ICS parent email address. If you've not signed in for a while, click "Forgot Password" to reset your password and access your account. New families can use our Join page to begin the application process.

ICS welcomes between 250 and 300 new students each year, which represents more than 30% of our student body of over 900 students. Our community is diverse and inclusive, with families representing 70 different nationalities.

New families coming to Addis are welcome to join us during our annual orientation event in August, as well as during almost every other month of the school year.

Our team of Parent Ambassadors is ready to support new families before and during their transition into our community by answering questions and making recommendations about life at school and in Addis Ababa. This program will continue to grow as parents are inspired to pay forward their experience by helping the next group of new families. Interested in sharing your experiences?
