ICS Teacher Leading the Global Conversation on Inclusive Learning

ICS Teacher Leading the Global Conversation on Inclusive Learning

At ICS Addis, our belief that every student deserves to feel seen, supported, and empowered is reaching audiences far beyond our campus.

High School STEP teacher Roslyn Dotterweich is helping lead the global conversation on inclusive education as co-host of the Illuminating International Education podcast. Partnering with Jon Springer, CEO of the Parents Alliance for Inclusion, Roslyn brings her expertise and passion to discussions that focus on supporting neurodivergent students, particularly in international school settings.

Together, they explore how schools—like ICS Addis—can create more inclusive environments and improve opportunities for students as they prepare for life beyond high school. The podcast also shares practical advice and resources for families, helping parents and caregivers become strong advocates for their children.
